Being an older woman who has had to suffer so much pain in the past, my greatest was yet before me. After suffering two strokes and my long time relationship of 13 years ending, my heart and mind have been built to withstand the horror that life brings. My faith doesn’t lie in waste if I put it where it should be; behold, Christ awaits your call. He did it for me; He will do it for someone else. Some years back, I was enduring beatings by my children’s father, which landed me in a mental institution. I am now clothed and dressed and in my right mind. Don’t worry, “crazy” comes out sometimes, but I find humor in myself. My children love that side of their mother.
