If you haven’t already heard, Heroes in Recovery, a movement ignited by Foundations Recovery Network, is taking to the streets of Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee, for the Heroes in Recovery 6K – and you’re invited to join us!
What is a 6K?
The Heroes in Recovery 6K represents pushing yourself just a little bit harder and propelling yourself one step further. It’s a reminder that although you are on a personal journey, we are on the road with you. It’s a celebration of the journey – and each person on it. It’s a reminder that we are all in this together, and nobody has to take to the road alone.
About Leiper’s Fork, TN
Participants of the Heroes in Recovery 6K can expect to enjoy a one-of-a-kind race beginning in Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee. A Registered National Historic District, Leiper’s Fork is home to families who value country charm and a rural atmosphere, but who also enjoy convenient proximity to Nashville and Franklin. After the race, visitors can take a stroll through quaint downtown Leiper’s Fork, browse local shops and chow down on some of the best food the South has to offer.
Who can participate?
Not a runner? No worries. Runners and walkers of all fitness levels are welcome to participate in the Heroes in Recovery 6K.
